∎ MBA/BBA (Major in Marketing) or any equivalent degree from reputed University/Institution.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Commercial
∎ Skills Required: Export Commercial
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, International/ Export Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for exploring new business opportunity & buyer search for various product in International Market.
∎ Based on requisition collect quotation/offer from vendor (International & Local), assist initial negotiation & prepare comparison statement.
∎ Responsible for calculation of costing, consumption, price quotation, prepare proforma invoice and ability to scrutinize LC clauses which can decide whether amendment is required or not.
∎ Communicate with buyers, negotiate price, raise bargaining power at pricing for the sake of the company throughout export proceed to achieve ultimate objective & revenue of the company.
∎ Work closely with different stakeholders i.e. Freight Forwarding/Shipping line, C&F agents, EPB, DCCI, CCI & E and Banks.
∎ Prepare full set of documents such as CI, PL, B/L, B/E, CO, SAFTA, HC etc.
∎ Responsible for Export planning, product Management, inventory control in liaison with the internal stakeholders like departments of corporate office & Factory sites.
∎ Follow up with Bank for L/C, export bill negotiation & collection and proceeds realization.
∎ Responsible for preparing & maintaining all kinds of export documentation including shipping documents.
∎ Prepare necessary reports and update MIS etc.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by line Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years work experience in this field.
∎ Candidate must have to be smart, energetic & dynamic.
∎ Dynamic & Self-motivated with high personal integrity and loyalty.
∎ Capable to work under pressure and minimum supervision.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office.
Salary: Negotiable
