Job Context:
∎ UNIgas has constructed a state-of-the-art LPG Import, Storage, Bottling and Distribution Terminal & a Cylinder Manufacturing Plant in Sitakunda, Chattogram. The Main Terminal is located at Sitakunda in Chattogram and satellite stations are being set up across the country. The company is looking for dynamic,
∎ self-motivated and high performing individuals for the position:
∎ Job Location: LPG plant, Barabkunda. Chattogram.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Client /Server OS & other IT and business software installation, configuration & trouble shoot
∎ Setup Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Scanner & other IT devices for the end user, training & support.
∎ CCTV camera installation, day to day monitoring and support
∎ File Server and Network shared folder management.
∎ IT networks (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) operation, monitoring troubleshoots and support.
∎ IT Workplace client application MS Outlook, G-suite support and trouble shoot
∎ Maintain IT Asset register, inventory, and transfer process
∎ IT Asset handover, take over process maintenance.
∎ Connectivity, Wi-Fi network and Camera functionality monitoring and maintenance support
∎ IT Vendor management (Creating BOQ and others maintenance support).
∎ Power, EMS, Cooling, online UPS Power and Security of Active and DR regular and periodical maintenance.
∎ Monitoring IT server, appliance, and devices (in DC & DR) performance event log monitoring and troubleshoot.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience as IT executive
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, problem solver & quick learner with good interpersonal skills.
