Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA or equivalent in Business Studies from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all communication with the supplier regarding process of import.
∎ Arrange all supporting papers/ documents to enclose with L/C.
∎ To submit relevant documents/ papers to make amendment in L/C if required.
∎ Prepare and handle all tender related process including documentation and submission
∎ Collecting NOC from bank & send to C&F agent.
∎ Preparing L/C statement & update shipment status.
∎ Collecting bill of entries from C&F agent.
∎ Checking insurance bill & maintain insurance register.
∎ Submitting bill of entries to bank.
∎ To update L/C files time to time & follow up all shipment status.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years' experience in foreign procurement and commercial activity in a manufacturing organization
∎ Working experience in SAP & ERP implementation
∎ Sound Knowledge on computer application
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Strategic thinking, team player, strong analytical and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong understanding of customers to apply in business requirements.
∎ Willingness to travel around the country and work in a professional manner
∎ Conversant on import policies and procedures will be given preference
∎ Prerequisite qualifications will be relaxed for truly deserving candidates.

Salary: Negotiable
