Job Responsibilities:
∎ Common-Operations:
∎ Develop occupational health, safety & environment awareness within people of the industry.
∎ Prepare HSE training calendar to educate people on health, safety & environment (HSE) perspective.
∎ Maintain interdepartmental coordination on HSE matters within all the department of the industry.
∎ Coordinate Walk-Through-Safety Committee (WTSC) for identifying & rectifying major HSE difficulties.
∎ Handle plant & people incidental & accidental case with close coordination of the respective departments.
∎ Assist HOD-HR in respect of executing policies, procedure, standard operating practices for ensuring HSE.
∎ Ensuring PPE following guidelines, and make it updates entire fire safety equipment with close coordination of admin.
∎ Take proactive initiatives with the help security personnel / fighting team in case of occupational incident and / or accident occurred.
∎ Organizing & leading HSE activities & initiatives following HSE works schedule.
∎ Other Initiatives:
∎ Have to ensure HSE project implementation by deadline from your end.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager time to time.
