Job Context:
∎ Office will be 8 hours per day
∎ It is a shifting duty and applicant should be flexible enough to work in a night shift (7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 3:00 PM-11:00 PM or 11:00 PM -6:30 AM)
∎ Flexible for shifting duty.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing customer inquiries
∎ Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer documents

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Fluent in both spoken and written English.
∎ Good with computer skills.
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and manages time effectively.
∎ Need to manage own team & provide necessary directions.
∎ Ability to organize, prioritize and manage workflow
∎ Ability to work well in a team environment
