Job Context:
∎ Jakson International Limited (JIL) is the Bangladesh unit of Jakson Group. It is the authorized country distributor of Cummins Diesel & Gas Gensets. It is also the exclusive partner for Cummins Marine Engines and Gensets in Bangladesh. In addition, it is the country distributor for Hyster material handling equipment, Cummins alternators, and Valvoline lubricants.
∎ JIL is looking for a dynamic and energetic candidate for its Service Team who can maintain communication with Cummins and also maintain service coordination.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build a rapport with customers to promote our business and maintain a necessary record of their feedback.
∎ Communicate with customers to convince them to take service from the company, send quotation to customers for service & necessary parts and also persuade them to make Annual Maintenance Contract.
∎ Depute Engineers/Technicians timely for service and maintain service tracking of the team.
∎ Maintain tools record and send/returned tools and safety equipment.
∎ Coordinate in preparing sales invoices after receiving the work order, ensuring bill submission and bill collection within the stipulated time.
∎ Maintain a record of billable service, warranty, and AMC and travel records of the service team.
∎ Prepare all necessary reports and presentations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Positive work ethic and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Must have good expertise in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
∎ Learning tendency and being able to learn fast about the parts of the company's generator brand.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and team-building throughout the organization and outside of the organization.
∎ Loyal and dedicated to providing support on time.
∎ Smart, Energetic, and Willful to travel anywhere.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
∎ Female engineers are highly encouraged to apply.
