Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome the clients, visitors or guests in front-office and maintain records.
∎ Greet and guide persons / guests / visitors entering the premises.
∎ Operate PABX for incoming and outgoing calls of Local and overseas.
∎ Able to communicate in English with Foreigners visiting the office, or speaking over telephone.
∎ Connect outbound calls on request to the appropriate persons.
∎ Manage mails/courier dispatch and handle all incoming and outgoing of local / international mails/Courier efficiently to proper place/person.
∎ Prepare and maintain inventory of all catalogues, books, journals and periodicals.
∎ Ensure security at the front office so that unwanted persons can?t enter in to the office or leave packages unattended.
∎ Ensure proper checking procedure & Materials during entrance to and exit from office premises.
∎ Update and maintain records/client information.
∎ Assist admin team members or other dept. members for related works.
∎ Keeping messages of staffs in their absence.
∎ Deal with queries from internal and external customers.
∎ Notify appropriate supervisor and/or manager of any critical incidents or emergencies.
∎ Any other task assigned by the reporting supervisor.

∎ Age 20 to 25 years
