Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a young, smart, dynamic and energetic Executive (Front Desk) who must have experience in the reputed organization.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka Corporate Office.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary amenities.
∎ Respond to visitor's questions professionally and courteously.
∎ Assist the visitors in meeting the intended person.
∎ Note the particulars of visitors' sheet.
∎ Maintain a logbook for all incoming and outgoing mail.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Experienced about guest & customer receiving.
∎ Make and maintain good communication. (via phone, call, mail or physical visit.)
∎ To have strong analytical and computer skills.
∎ Must be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s).
∎ Skills Required: Front Desk, Bengali and English Typing, Excellent written verbal communication and interpersonal skill, Good communication skill (Bangla and English), Basic Computer skill.
∎ Good command over spoken and English and Bengali skills.

∎ Hight 5 feet- 3 inch.
