Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Greeting and welcoming visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
∎ 2. Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
∎ 3. Handling inquiries and providing accurate information to clients and visitors.
∎ 4. Managing the reception area and ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
∎ 5. Coordinating appointments and scheduling meetings.
∎ 6. Assisting with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
∎ 7. Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
∎ 8. Upholding security protocols by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges.
∎ 9. Responding to emergencies and directing individuals to appropriate resources.
∎ 10. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient office operations.
∎ 11. Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
