Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, documents and dispatch them to the concerned end by keeping records
∎ To be responsible for receiving clients, visitors, guests and attended on requirement and maintain records
∎ Greet, guide to the concerned desk, and keep track of the visitors
∎ To be responsible for filing & documentation related to front desk operation
∎ Answer incoming telephone calls, assist callers, take messages, provide information and make community referrals and direct calls to staff members
∎ Make sales call as per the direction of the sales department
∎ Send all visitors with visitor cards, register the card number, and must collect back the same
∎ Any other task as per the instruction of Management
