∎ Age 29 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up whether concern team personal and ensuring operational service to the customer.
∎ Monitor if IGM/EGM is prepared & submitted to ASYCUDA system properly.
∎ Develop relationship with the mainlines & Airlines for better rate and service.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the customer base.
∎ Monitoring export/import operation on CPA & DAC.
∎ Follow up if concern personnel and preparing and sending arrival notice to the consignee accordingly.
∎ Co-ordination with respective team and CFS team.
∎ Check if customs clearance is made properly develop self-routed business for imports and export.
∎ Perform such other duties and responsibilities whenever assigned by supervisor time to time.
∎ Prepare debit /credit note, freight invoice, B/L, HAWB etc.
