Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Daily Fund Status preparation
∎ Fund arrangement for Vendor & Wage payment
∎ Taking provision of accrued expenses
∎ Daily Delivery Check, Local Purchase & Purchase Verifications
∎ Checking & Verifying of bills, vouchers and other supporting documents
∎ Maintain & prepare all kinds of financial Book
∎ Maintain & prepared cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger, different registers and prepare Trail Balance
∎ Maintain fixed assets register and prepare schedule
∎ Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple problems
∎ Ensure accounting accuracy in all transactions entered into the system and ensure the same is posted before month-end
∎ Receiving requisitions and IOUs and following the required process for processing
