Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Accurately enter all sales transactions into the designated software system on a daily basis.
∎ Receive goods from suppliers, verify quantity and quality, and update inventory records in the software system accordingly.
∎ Check and ensure that essential goods are available at all times; notify the concerned authority when stock is low
∎ Assist in receiving, arranging, and counting stock items; report any discrepancies or damages to the supervisor.
∎ Maintain accurate records of transactions using the software system and assist with preparing necessary reports.
∎ Politely attend to employee customers, respond to their needs, and ensure a smooth and respectful shopping experience.
∎ Keep shelves organized, ensure the shop area is clean, and follow proper hygiene standards.
∎ Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or management related to Fair Price Shop operations.
