Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan production and manage manpower according to production demand and raw material availability.
∎ Implement an optimized production plan by monitoring the daily production process.
∎ Ensure smooth operations and proper machinery functioning per standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines.
∎ Develop a motivated, competent, and result-oriented production team.
∎ Oversee data entry of inventory, raw material, machine capacity utilization records, process-wise data, etc., in the company’s ERP for better resource and machine management.
∎ Prepare various documentations of plant operational activities and analyze them for optimum output.
∎ Minimize overall production costs and maximize productivity.
∎ Coordinate with the maintenance team regarding machine breakdowns, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and other departments such as supply chain, distribution, AHR, and store.
∎ Monitor and ensure the cleanliness of machines, equipment, and working environment.
