Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning and execution of preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance of all plant machinery and utilities.
∎ Excellent judgment and strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand the financial impact of relevant options.
∎ Able to work independently and in a team to achieve lean production.
∎ Lead the mechanical maintenance team efficiently.
∎ Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and risk assessments for the mechanical maintenance of plant machinery.
∎ Keep continuous communication with stakeholders for smooth mechanical maintenance operations.
