Job Responsibilities:
∎ FUNCTION BASED
∎ Check technical specifications prepared by consultant for various works
∎ Review of techno-commercial offers from contractors, prepare CS, prepare documents for Work Order
∎ Ensure on-time field implementation complying with all relevant safety rules
∎ Coordinate with consultant’s field engineers to ensure correct planning and implementation as per approved design
∎ Managing communication with different relevant construction-related parties and providing engineering inputs and technical support
∎ Supervise and evaluate the site works done by contractors, provide required support to subordinates to manage the project efficiently
∎ Manage total activities and duties of subordinates to maintain the project schedule efficiently
∎ INTERNAL COORDINATION BASED
∎ Coordinate with the electrical, mechanical and process peer position holders to ensure proper alignment of all-out planning of the project
∎ Coordinate with Store and ICMD Department for ensuring stock of all kinds of construction goods
∎ Coordinate with administration department for all kinds of admin support related to both official and field works
∎ LEADERSHIP & PEOPLE BASED
∎ Engage and mentor direct reportees to develop them for larger roles as a change agent
∎ Promote a culture of excellence, teamwork, knowledge sharing, innovative thinking for continuous improvement
∎ Manage counselling and grievances of reportees
∎ Ensure appropriate allocation of workload to reportees to enable work-life balance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Project Planning, Project Management, Construction Management and Implementation as per Structural Drawing, Design of both RC and Steel Structures
∎ Strong communication, negotiation and influential skills
∎ Knowledge in AutoCAD 3D, ETABS/STAAD Pro will be added advantage
Salary:
