Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from any reputed University/ Institution.
∎ Skills Required: APC, DCS, PLC, SCADA
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
PLS programming, Installation/ Erection, Instrument Transformer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Paper, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create, Design, implement, maintain and improve instrumental control systems.
∎ Prepare technical drawings, specifications of instrumentation systems.
∎ Ensure proper functioning of all major instrumental equipment.
∎ Develop preventive and corrective maintenance system of Instrumental equipment.
∎ Knowledge on PLC, SCADA, APC, DCS control System etc.
∎ Liaison and coordinate with production department, SCD and other stakeholders to support uninterrupted production.
∎ Modify, repair, re-fix and adjust all sorts of Instrumental equipment.
∎ Ensure workable reserve for all items necessary for maintenance and operation.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years experience in Paper Mill or any Industrial Complex preferably Process Industry.
∎ Specialization is required in the field of PLC & DCS.
∎ Hard working and able to work under pressure.
∎ Experience in CAD/PFI etc.
