∎ Knowledge in High-rise Residential/ Commercial Building Construction work
∎ Must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure and in complex situations.
∎ Should be honest, dynamic, hardworking & proactive
∎ Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, Auto-CAD etc.)
∎ Knowledge in High-rise Residential/ Commercial Building Construction work

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervising & executing construction of building project including pile, basement, super structure, sanitary & plumbing and total finishing works of the building as per architectural and structural design.
∎ Having practical worked knowledge on paperwork, site management, labor management, materials and construction.
