Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure daily vehicle loading is done as per the distribution plan.
∎ Prepare and monitor delivery schedules based on order volume and route efficiency.
∎ Coordinate with transporters/drivers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
∎ Plan daily/weekly delivery schedules in alignment with sales orders.
∎ Adjust schedules proactively based on urgent deliveries or route constraints.
∎ Maintain daily records of stock movement and availability.
∎ Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure accurate picking and dispatch of products.
∎ Track inventory levels at the warehouse and ensure minimum stock levels are maintained.
∎ Coordinate with procurement and production teams for replenishment planning.
∎ Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
∎ Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to distribution, stock levels, vehicle usage, and delivery performance.
∎ Provide sales teams with updated reports on delivery statuses and inventory availability.
∎ Highlight any issues affecting timely deliveries or stock shortages.
∎ Job Context:
∎ To ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods by managing vehicle scheduling, inventory tracking, and reporting sales-related distribution data to ensure optimal distribution operations.
