∎ Graduate from any reputed University, preferably with Business Major
∎ Skills Required: MS Office
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with clients and team members through effective leadership to ensure completion of projects
∎ Send timely works decisions and follow-up with concerned Architects, Procurement and the Engineering department for respective Client and Landowner related issues
∎ Quality Assurance of ongoing and completed projects and follow-up
∎ Prepare financial statements costing, verification and credit realization of Interior Design work
∎ Co-ordinate with Engineering regarding various Post-Handover issues for completed sites
∎ Handle miscellaneous general services (Financial Issues, Site-visit etc.)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Solid understanding of the real estate sector
∎ Excellent command over English, both written and verbal
∎ Strong personal organization and project management abilities
∎ Innovative spirit and self-driven
∎ Expert in analytics and diagnostics
∎ A good eye for aesthetics
