Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls.
∎ Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
∎ Promote products or services to existing customers and find out their needs to ensure maximum satisfaction.
∎ Explain product features and benefits, answer questions, and address customer concerns.
∎ Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team.
∎ Ensure that all appointment details are accurately recorded and communicated.
∎ Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
∎ Track and report on progress towards goals and objectives.
∎ Gather feedback from customers and prospects about product and service preferences.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all telemarketing activities.
∎ Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes.
∎ Assess customer satisfaction through on-call survey.
