Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond to Inquiries: Address customer questions and concerns via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
∎ Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
∎ Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to provide accurate information and support.
∎ Order Management: Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
∎ Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback and suggestions to help improve products and services.
∎ Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to new team members and contribute to training materials as needed.
∎ Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with customers after issues have been resolved to ensure satisfaction.
∎ Performance Metrics: Monitor and strive to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings to discuss best practices and share insights for improving customer service processes.
∎ Follow any other task may required by the management.
