∎ NIPRO JMI Medical Limited (NJML), a joint collaboration with NIPRO Corporation which is a Japan-based (Osaka) company. NJML is distributing & selling different medical devices of JMI Syringes & Medical Devices Ltd. and JMI Hospital Requisite Mfg. Ltd. at home & abroad.
∎ We are looking for a self-motivated individual for an immediate appointment, who will look after customer service activities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Educating customer with product demonstrations (handling/ Operating/ using/ troubleshooting)
∎ Attending client quarries, phone calls, objection handling and maintaining support logs.
∎ Contacting support teams, product specialists and technical teams to extend after sales support.
∎ Ensuring maximum customer support by providing prompt solution to their problems.
∎ Handling product related objections and restore customers perception in favor of your product.
∎ Creating relationship with potential KOLs and constantly increasing potential users as brand reference.
∎ Participating trade shows, end user presentations, dealer meetings and other similar events.
∎ Attaining brand objectives, desired market share, and steady sales growth of the assigned products.

∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
