∎ Preferably Business/ Textile Graduate or Equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Customer Support through Phone
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments Accessories, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively order execute through ERP system to ensure budgeted sales achievements
∎ Identify and assess for new business development and build an active relationship with customers
∎ Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication by mail and phone
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools and liaison with cross functional teams
∎ Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
∎ Issuing Proforma Invoice, improvement of collection (payment & docs), underlined business potentiality will be core area to work with.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills (Good command in English).
∎ Should have good knowledge in computer (Ms Office, Ms Excel, E-mail Communication etc.)
∎ Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively.
∎ Need mindset to work in an organization at least 3-4 Years.
∎ Ability to work under pressure with strong mentality.
∎ Ability to work in both independently & as a team player.
Salary: Negotiable
