∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to manage the volume of inbound and outbound calls in a time frame.
∎ Respond to incoming calls and customers' queries.
∎ Maintain the database of seminar statuses.
∎ Have to handle a large volume of outbound calls every day for follow-up or pre-call for various programs.
∎ Build sustainable relationships with customers/clients.
∎ Maintain record file of inbound calls and customer complaints.
∎ Handling and resolving customer complaints.
∎ Send the report of assigned calls and tasks to the departments on time.
∎ Inform customers about our products and coordinate the collection of the products through our sales team.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue using available resources, provide solutions or alternatives, and report if required.
∎ Following up customer calls where required.
∎ Prepare the database of AGI customers as and when required.
∎ Collaborate with different units when required to meet qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ Record the details of comments, inquiries, and complaints.
∎ Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal departments.
∎ To communicate with the customers from time to time in social media, if required.
∎ To work on surveys, database preparation and investigation as per requirement,
∎ To attend training to improve knowledge and performance.
∎ To perform other tasks as directed by the management from time to time.

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
