Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate from a reputed University or A levels.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have ability to work on roster schedule including government holiday.
∎ Ensure quality customer service through hotline.
∎ Follow up the customer complain.
∎ Identify the customer's need.
∎ Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Must have experience on Microsoft Office applications and E-mailing.
∎ Be responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
∎ Fluent in listening and spoken English, good at written English.
∎ Experience Requirements: Fresher are encouraged to apply. Job experience from Mobile operator, ISP, Service provider will get preference.

Salary: Negotiable
