Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Attract potential Customers and provide them information regarding Products, Service, Spare Parts, after Sales Service etc. over phone.
∎ Handle and resolve Customer complaints by clarifying/guiding properly in well manner.
∎ Invite to the Customers to get the Service to grow the business volume.
∎ Maintain and updating existing and potential Customer data.
∎ Answering all relevant questions to the Customer about our Services.
∎ Follow up Customers & interact & generate reports also forwarded to concerned department (Sales, Service & Parts).
∎ Prepare CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) & SSI (Sales Satisfaction Index) report on monthly basis and  forwarded to concern department.
∎ Providing  information to the Customers regarding latest products lunched as well as recent change  in prices if any.
∎ Improve Customer retention rate by convincing them in proper manner.
∎ Follow up Customer complaints and to ensure the appropriate Service as per Customer’s  requirement.
∎ To operate help line numbers for solving Customers complains by communicating with Branch and Dealers etc.
∎ Receiving Customer query about Sales, Service & Parts
∎ To make Customers feedback report on the basis of Sales, Service & Spare Parts.
∎ Any other jobs as assigned by the Management from time to time.
