Job Responsibilities:
∎ Convince clients by telemarketing and counseling as a student counselor with motivational capability.
∎ Attend students face to face/via phone/email enquiries in a timely and professional manner
∎ The Counselor should have Patience, time knowledge and team work capability
∎ Providing information to the students/ professionals about tuition fees, course duration, Trainer detail, and all other admission related issues.
∎ Follow up student enquiries, requests or complaints and provide information and assistance as required.
∎ Strong ability to convince students and fill up monthly target and ability to collect the tuition fee from the students on the given time period .
∎ Maintaining Facebook Page and reply on time.
∎ Willingness to work assigned by the management
∎ Attracts potential students by providing proper counseling
∎ Students' feedback collects and replies them accurately
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the target.
∎ Ability to generate daily, weekly and monthly report based on Line manager's instruction.

∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)(For perfect candidate experience will be considered)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Customer Service, Education, Education Counseling, Education Marketing
∎ Ability to take challenge and be proactive
∎ Be Hard Working, Target Oriented & Self Motivated.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal communication skills & team management Skills.
∎ Good command in Speaking of both Bangla and English Language
∎ Excellent communication skill along with computer literacy.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Eager to learn and 'Can Do' type attitude.

Salary:
∎ 12,000,-15,000Commission after achieving monthly target after confirmation.
