Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide administrative support as and when required by the various departments
∎ To coordinate efforts between departments
∎ To schedule meetings
∎ To act as the first point of contact between departments and for clients
∎ To ensure that all documentation and information is available to all parties
∎ To help find new staff for specific projects
∎ Others as and when required by the organization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Female candidates are preferred for the role.
∎ Minimum 1-5 years of experience required. Freshers with proven skills are encouraged to apply.
∎ Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
∎ Strong organization skills

∎ Ability to coordinate between different groups with different goals.
