Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) or a relevant field.

∎ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a compliance role. Must have experience working in a group of companies.
∎ Strong understanding of government regulations and ISO compliance.
∎ Experience with documentation, policy/SOP writing, and compliance audits.
∎ Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
∎ Proficient in MS Office tools and capable of learning new software.
∎ Hardworking, reliable, and maintains strong work ethics. Strong communication and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to all applicable Government regulations and ISO standards.
∎ License & Agreement Management: Track, update, and manage 100% of licenses, permits, and legal agreements across the organization.
∎ Process Improvement & Software Implementation: Contribute to continuous process improvements and support the implementation of new compliance software or digital tools.
∎ SOP, Policy, KPI, WI Support & Field Survey Assist in updating and maintaining SOPs, policies, KPIs, and Work Instructions (WI).Conduct field surveys to validate compliance and gather data.
∎ SOP Compliance: Monitoring Track daily compliance deviations and ensure effective implementation of SOPs and internal policies.
∎ Internal Audit: Support Assist in preparing documents and reports for internal audits .Coordinate with departments to close audit findings.
∎ Document Management: Manage and store all hard copy compliance-related documents in an organized and secure manner.
∎ Training Support: Assist in planning, organizing, and documenting compliance training sessions.
