Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect L/C application from, LCA, IMP from Bank.
∎ Prepare the necessary works of L/C.
∎ Submit L/C papers to bank for opening of L/C.
∎ Collect Insurance cover note & policy from insurance Company and submit to bank for pay order.
∎ Send Money demand to respective accountant & Cash department.
∎ Collect copy of L/C, amendment, advice, shipping document, pay order of insurance from Bank.
∎ Send Shipping document to C & F agent.
∎ Maintain the import register, Insurance premium register, C & F bill register etc.
∎ Submit bill of entry onward to bank.
∎ Prepare L/C statement, BOND statement.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Management.
