Commercial and Bond Customs, Customs Bond rules and regulations etc., Store Inventory and Control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform all import/Export related jobs under Bond License specially In-Bond, Ex-Bond, Allotment, Yearly customs Bond Audit, etc.
∎ overall management of the warehouse and control of goods in/out operation and stock control for the development.
∎ performance and maintenance of the warehouse to produce a compliant, efficient system and solution, maximizing performance & profitability against pre-agreed targets and controls.
∎ overall responsibility of liaising with the associated paperwork and customs clearance inserts as applicable.
∎ responsible for maintaining appropriate records to applicable criteria including details relating to the carrier, importer and goods.
∎ overall responsibility for ensuring kept up to date with applicable import and duty regulations.
∎ Assist Line Manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organization plans.
∎ Maintain responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory regulation.
∎ Maintain accurate records and bonded warehouse activities.
∎ have sufficient knowledge regarding Export-Import, Customs procedures, VAT & Tax rules related to Export and Import.
∎ Customs Bond related all work at factory.
∎ Handling with customs bond office.
∎ In Bond & Ex Bond from concern office in due time.
∎ Yearly audit, additional entitlement, HS code added matter have vast knowledge.
∎ Has to perform in all kinds of legal activities for BOND, Customs & Licensing.
∎ Preparing & reserving all data for conducting Yearly Audit & Renewal.
∎ Any other job assign time to time by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience as at Customs & Bond for UP Processing for Export Oriented.
∎ All customs activities for capable to arrangement for regular audit.
∎ Should have good knowledge in Industry Policy, Import Policy & Export Policy.
∎ Good communication Skill in English with written and oral.
∎ must have knowledge on MS office application and e-mail writing.
