∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparing documents as per L/C terms & conditions and follow up till the return of the documents value.
∎ Monitor and manage L/C related works with L/C opening banks.
∎ L/C proper opening up to the standard of the organization, liaison with supplier, C&F & transportation for reach the product to customs, and ensure delivery of machine/ goods from customs and port authority.
∎ Responsible for back to back LC functions & processes.
∎ Co-ordinate with Govt. Officials, C&F Agents, Banks, Freight Forwarders, Transport for Export & Import purpose etc.
∎ To ensure all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, indent, L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, communication with parties, payment realization etc.) through overseas communications.
∎ Import execution communicating all concern parties and maintain all related documentation till realization.
∎ Present shipping documents to respective custom stations on time.
∎ To maintain liaison with C&F & custom.
∎ Monitoring Invoice and Bill payment.
∎ Any other job given by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good knowledge in Industry Policy, Import Policy & Export Policy.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in export, international business, Trading, Custom clearing & forwarding.
∎ Negotiation skill with authority and finalize, Customs/Bank/Export /LC/Freight Forwarding/ C&F/ Supply Chain etc.
∎ Fluent in English in both written & verbal.
∎ Must have knowledge on Ms Office Application & E-mail communication.
