Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and completing accurate records of trip and trip cost as well.
∎ Keeping schedules and organizing team members as required.
∎ Manage vehicle as the part of import/export functions and taking rental vehicle when required as per company policy.
∎ Keeping liaison with the law and enforces agencies especially traffic police, high way police and local police station authority.
∎ Manage inside and outside stakeholders.
∎ Handling cash and deposit to bank as per company policy.
∎ Vehicle trip sales to the clients and recovery credit as mandatory part of assigned responsibilities.
∎ Managing valued clients and try to boost the company carrying & forwarding business.
∎ Try to catch corporate clients and proposed them for signing of MoU to keep business safe on under rated market.
∎ Inspecting vehicles and making sure vehicles are properly maintained.
∎ Reducing the risk of vehicle overloading.
∎ Every updates share with the owner's authority time to time.
∎ Frequently communicate with the site office admin and operations authority.
∎ Keep close liaison with finance and accounts department time to time.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time by the authority.
