∎ Preferred Professional Certification: O LEVELS, A LEVELS, IELTS
∎ Skills Required: Punctual, Self motivated

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Customer Support through Phone, Sales Representative, Telemarketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage high call volumes, providing information and directing inquiries.
∎ Monitor and respond to social media messages, engaging with the online community.
∎ Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring operational efficiency.
∎ Understand laser and aesthetics services, addressing client queries accurately.
∎ Handle client registrations efficiently.
∎ Collaborate with sales and marketing for phone promotions.
∎ Respond promptly to voicemail and email inquiries with detailed information.
∎ Assist in resolving client concerns, escalating when necessary.
∎ Uphold high customer service standards for a positive client impression.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Training/certification in a relevant field will get the privilege.
∎ Need to be fluent in English (Speaking & Listening)
∎ Must be fluent in English conversation.
∎ Dynamic sales skills.
∎ Punctuality and commitment to work.
∎ Self-motivated & hard working.
∎ Punctuality is a must.
