Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all pattern ,all finish pattern
∎ Responsible for making pattern, design & CAD management. Train co-workers.
∎ Support and advise the team/factories to find the best solution to reduce fabric wastage and to achieve maximum fabric use.
∎ Create a master pattern for each size within a range of garment sizes, using charts, drafting instruments and/or grading devices for bulk.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD, and making hundred percent accurate markers
∎ Bulk correction, bulk marker, bulk cut plan, & measurement.
∎ Review and Understand buyer comments on Pattern & Sample and ensure necessary correction as required by buyer.
∎ Must have good concept about Planning
∎ Communicate and Coordinate with the associates (Sample making, Cutting, merchandisers, technicians, seniors) and suppliers to reach the best consumption with quality and efficiency.
∎ Must have good knowledge about quality management.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of process loss & wastage like rejection, over production & extra hour work.
∎ determining quality control standards
∎ overseeing production processes
∎ Compliance and safety
∎ Coordinate with each department and review progress periodically and make sure that there are no surprises
∎ Pattern making and Marker Making in CAD
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ CAD
∎ Minimum 8 to 10 years in a similar industry, proven experience in Sample & CAD section
∎ CAD / GT CAD, Making pattern
∎ Having good knowledge administration, marker drawing,
