Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare initial project budgets based on the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and draft comprehensive project plans.
∎ Develop detailed material requirements and budgets, taking into account actual project scope.
∎ Regularly review and update budgets and plans in response to changing project scopes.
∎ Collaborate closely with the Procurement department to ensure material availability and cost-efficiency.
∎ Conduct feasibility studies and provide in-depth risk assessments for our projects.
∎ Communicate potential worst-case scenarios and propose effective mitigation strategies to top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Bachelor of Science/Diploma in Civil Engineering graduate from any reputed Public or Private institution.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
∎ Proven experience in project estimation, budgeting, or a related field.
∎ Strong knowledge of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), project planning, and financial modeling.
∎ Proficiency in developing comprehensive material requirements and budgets.
∎ Demonstrated ability to adapt budgets and plans to changing project scopes.
∎ Experience in coordinating with the Procurement department for material procurement.
∎ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
∎ High attention to detail and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
