Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate and coordinate with clients and team members through effective leadership to ensure smooth operation
∎ Send timely works decision and follow-up with Architectural Department, Procurement and Engineering for respective client related issues
∎ Any type of troubleshooting for Client Support Team and Bay Services Limited
∎ Quality Assurance of ongoing and completed projects and follow-up, Quality Control and Quality Assurance of the projects
∎ Co-ordinate with Engineering regarding various Post-Handover issues for completed sites
∎ Costing and verification of various Finishing works
∎ Ensure Authentication of bills
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
