Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and organise reports, documentation, meeting materials, as well as organise and maintain a filing system (Physical and digital).
∎ Perform all travel-related activities, i.e., visa, air ticket, dollar purchase, and Endorsement for sponsors.
∎ Maintain Group MD's personal bank accounts, i.e., collection, deposit, and withdrawal.
∎ Organise and schedule meetings, calls, conferences, and events as per instructions and send reminders and meeting confirmations.
∎ Help oversee special projects and assignments through tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress of initiatives.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with different internal and external teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
∎ Handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
∎ Provide insights or advice on decision making through analysing matters and anticipating needs and problems.
∎ Act as a point of contact between the GMD and internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Monitor and pay the Group MD's credit card bills.
∎ Maintain accounts of the Chairman's residence expenses, including all utility bills.
∎ Monitor and supervise the activities of assigned officers, support staff, and drivers.
∎ Maintain petty cash and stationery distribution for effective office administration.
∎ Perform all supporting works of all national and international correspondence for SAT.
∎ Manage Salma Afzal Trust (SAT)-related procurement, development works, and petty cash.
∎ Ensure receiving of all local donations and deposit into the Bank in favour of ASHIC Foundation.
∎ Supervise the ASHIC Foundation’s Donation activities, such as making Donation boxes, getting Permission, setting up in various institutions, and collecting donations from those places.
