Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have Masters in any discipline (English will be given preference) with minimum CGPA 2.00 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any recognised institution.
∎ Skills Required: Basic Computer skills., Effective email communication, Very good in English writing and speaking

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Read and analyse incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution
∎ Manage and maintain schedules and coordinate to arrange appointments /meeting/conferences/ travel/ interview/events and other similar activities as well as prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
∎ Receiving, open, sort and prioritizing incoming phone calls/emails/visitors and distribute incoming correspondence
∎ Maintain paper, file and retrieve documents, electronic files/records/reports-official/personal
∎ Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director in resolving day to day functional and operational problems
∎ Acting as communication liaison and maintaining open lines of communication between Executives/Directors/Reporting units/Middle management/Administrative Staff/Stakeholders
∎ Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals
∎ Follow decisions and liaison with other departments of the organisation
∎ Providing logistical support and perform other duties assigned by Director
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ He/ She should have knowledge of administrative & clerical procedures, structure and content of English Language, customer and personal service, computer and electronics such as hardware and software including applications and programming, strategic planning, resource allocation, coordination of people and resources
∎ He/ She should have expert level of communication skills and interpersonal skills, strong networking skills, negotiating skills, decision making, report writing skill, time management skill, active listening, reading and writing skills, learning agility, critical thinking ability
∎ He/She should be honest and trustworthy, ethical, flexible, detail oriented, possess cultural awareness
∎ He/ She should have the ability to work under pressure
