∎ Akid Design and Furniture is a well known Organization in Furniture Industry sector in Bangladesh. We produce qualityful Home Furniture, Doors, Corporate Furniture, Metal Furniture and Interior Design in our own Factory. We start our business since 2007,Last 15 years we provide our best quality furniture in various organization like Group of Companies corporate office, Construction building, Universities, Medical College and hospitals, Clinic, Restaurant, School & Colleges , Interior House etc. Our objectives is Customer Satisfaction.
∎ We are looking for a dynamic civil engineer as a site engineer to supervise interior works & able to Meeting with client, interior design work projects and other related works that will be assigned by the company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Search for and bid on new projects.
∎ Undertake design project from concept to completion.
∎ Define project requirements and schedule during the "brief."
∎ Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans.
∎ Set costs and project fees according to budget.
∎ Research and decide on materials and products sourcing.
∎ Supervise work progress.
∎ Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors.
∎ Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.
∎ Determine the client's goals and requirements of the project.
∎ Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space.
∎ Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts.
∎ Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
∎ Prepare final plans, using computer applications.
∎ Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs.
∎ Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements.
∎ Visit after the project to ensure that the client is satisfied.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Interior Design, Architect Firm, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Engineering Firms, Real Estate, Interior Design Company experienced will be added advantage.
∎ Minimum 6years' job experience in related field.
∎ Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions).
∎ Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD design programs.
∎ Excellent portfolio of previous works.
∎ Project Management skill.
∎ Creative talent, imagination and eye for design.
∎ Communication and presentation skills.
∎ Project management skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 14000 - 16000 (Monthly)
∎ Performance Bonus
