∎ BBA/BSS/MBA from any reputed University (with minimum CGPA Scale 3.00 out of 4.00)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be able to do airfreight export and import documentation.
∎ Should know airfreight rate offer to customer.
∎ Should have knowledge on airfreight export and import operation.
∎ Should have connection with airlines and agents.
∎ Should be able to fast communicate with agents, customers.
∎ Should have knowledge on operation of export cargo village and import section at Dhaka Airport.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should be pro active in giving good service to customers.
∎ Should communicate Customers regularly, hunt Clients, identify potential customers in the market and
∎ Develop Cliental Database.
∎ Adequate knowledge in computer is must. Should be well versed in Microsoft office (Excel, Power point, words)
∎ Should be proactive with Positive Attitude
∎ Should regularly follow up clients through phone call, e-mail, and generate sales.
∎ Experience in working at Airfreight department in freight forwarding industry
