Job Responsibilities:
∎ To help upholding the vision of the school
∎ To handle admission and marketing
∎ To handle events and tours
∎ To handle scheduling, record-keeping and reporting
∎ To attend student arrival and dismissal time on a regular basis
∎ To communicate with parents and teachers as required
∎ To provide training and monitor works of support staff, caretakers and other ground staff
∎ To manage school security
∎ To meet and greet all visitors to the School
∎ To answer and direct all incoming phone calls
∎ To assist in organizing meetings
∎ To assist with the recruitment, training and onboarding of new teachers
∎ To take care of the facilities for maintenance and safety and check quality of physical conditions
∎ To attend school-related events on weekends and evenings when/if required
∎ To manage the library
∎ To assist in purchases
∎ To visit other campuses as required
∎ To attend outside official events
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
