Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in the admin related work
∎ Must have practical working knowledge of visa-related work, i.e., business visa, hotel booking, and air ticketing.
∎ Facilitate travel schedules and make travel arrangements for the employees by coordinating with travel agents and employees.
∎ Providing assistance to the HR team as and when required.
∎ Advance level Proficiency in Microsoft Office
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
∎ Able to work with minimal supervision
∎ any other task assigned my the management
