Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or Finance.
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (B Com) in Accounting or Finance.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all kind of depot financial transaction as per approval/ company policy.
∎ Check all petty cash Bills & carry out surprise cash counting of Factories & Depots.
∎ Asses the monthly costing sheet of depot & find out the head how can reduce costing.
∎ Record bank transactions in computerized accounting software.
∎ Monthly Treasury sends to customs office.
∎ Ensure safety & security of all financial documents.
∎ Find out the financial weak point.
∎ To prepare monthly income & Expenditure Report along with maintaining entry on software by checking the proper effects of accounts in general ledger.
∎ Maintain raw material and products stock, suppliers account, clients record & update payment information into the software.
∎ Prepare journal entries and posting to general ledger.
∎ Prepare invoice and payment approval as per agreement.
∎ Other day to day activity & periodic project assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Advanced user of Ms office tools ( Especially on Ms Excel)
∎ Should have experience in Tax payment (Vat/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts and audit, Accounts and Finance, Accounts and Store
Salary: Tk. 14000 - 17000 (Monthly)
