∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Procurement Management Plan, specifying the approach, processing and documenting procurement decisions
∎ Receiving requisition from project, checking completeness of the requisition as per standard format, verifying the requisition quantity with drawing/ BOQ/ Estimation
∎ Identifying potential new supplier/ vendors for each and every items/ works, and maintaining updated vendor/ supplier database
∎ Floating tender as per procedure
∎ Preparing Comparative statement of offer/ tender as per standard format
∎ Preparing Work Order/ Purchase Order as per approved format
∎ Keeping records up-to-date and reporting the progress for all assigned works/ supply
∎ Preparing estimation following drawings/BOQ as per requirement
∎ Preparing quality assurance plan, enriching the same time to time and monitoring quality plan is being implemented during execution of work/ supply
∎ Communication with various stakeholders, negotiate price and commercial clauses with contractors/ suppliers/ vendors
∎ Physical verification of vendor's claimed bill of quantity & certification for payment as per approved drawing, BOQ, work Order/ purchase order, processing bill as per organization policy
∎ Managing procurement relationships, monitoring contract performance like timely completion of major milestones, quality assurance, specification matching etc. And issue notices to vendor/ supplier if deviation is identified.
∎ Participate in cash purchase as per policy
