Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Master's degree or its equivalent, in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related discipline.
∎ Additional professional qualification/certification in Human Resources Management, or in performance management is advantageous.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development and implementation of result-based monitoring, evaluation and reporting system with detailed guideline for its implementation;
∎ Planning, Management, Reporting and data analysis together with developing and implementing.
∎ Manage and coordinate organization-wide efforts to ensure that performance management and performance improvement programs are developed and managed using a data-driven approach.
∎ Prepare specific tier Job description for all employees and should have clear concept regarding employee work load.
∎ Prepared monthly performance evaluation report and submit to the authority.
∎ Implement and manage organization-wide performance training/capacity building for all levels of employees.
∎ Oversee the implementation of key performance measures, core competencies and core values into performance appraisal system.
∎ Keep the authority informed on critical issues concerning the implementation of the performance management process; make recommendations to authority on key decisions points regarding this process;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have a minimum 5/7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, especially in Staff Performance management processes and tools, or other related Human Resources field.
∎ Experience in leading performance improvement programs.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As per NUB Pay Structure but handsome remuneration package may be given to the deserving candidates.
