Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent design and conceptual skills with a proper sense of style and color.
∎ Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
∎ Able to make creative prints with proper repetitions and technical applications.
∎ Resourceful in creative ideas and active in brainstorming.
∎ Managing design process from conception through to final styling.
∎ Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques, and seeking design inspiration.
∎ Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to the line, and create new concepts.
∎ Selecting fabrics and trims.
∎ Creating production Teck pack for development packages.
∎ Collaborating with the technical team to ensure development packages are accurate.
∎ Reviewing product for style and fit during the presentation.
∎ Creating Mood boards, Designing Sketches following trends & specific customer research.
∎ Sourcing Fabric, Trims, and textures (with the sourcing team) for each design before going for sampling.
∎ Checking patterns with a pattern maker to match with the design before sampling.
∎ Overseeing the full Design sample development from the proto stage to the final approved sample.
∎ Multi-tasking, self-motivated, hardworking, and able to follow instructions.
∎ Pleasant attitude, focused on details & well organized.
∎ Excellent time management skills, able to work efficiently and effectively under a fast-paced environment & tight deadlines.
∎ Maintaining smooth relationships with vendors, suppliers, and Merchandising dept.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
