Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Construction BOQ and Budgeting for tender submission.
∎ Prepare detail BOQ and MOQ of upcoming tender.
∎ Cost estimation, Rate analysis and Preparing Comparative statement.
∎ Up-dating details BOQ and MOQ into ERP software.
∎ Field monitoring and checking the material consumption.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years’ experience in related field for B. Sc. in Civil Engr. and at least 15 years’ experience for Diploma in Civil Engr.
∎ Pro-active, Independent, enthusiastic and result oriented
∎ Proven experience to handle BOQ and Budgeting in any large construction development
∎ Excellent communication both written and speaking in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office, especially in Auto CAD
Salary: Negotiable
