Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate English teacher to join our team, specializing in the Cambridge curriculum. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging English lessons, preparing students for Cambridge examinations, and fostering a positive learning environment that supports academic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery:
Plan, prepare, and deliver English lessons in alignment with the Cambridge curriculum standards.
Use a variety of instructional techniques to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Student Assessment:
Develop and administer regular assessments, including quizzes, assignments, debate and practice exams.
Prepare students for Cambridge English assessments and exams, ensuring they understand examination formats and techniques.
Classroom Management:
Establish a structured, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
Promote active student engagement and facilitate group discussions to enhance language skills.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and achievement.
Prepare reports on student performance and communicate progress with parents and the school administration.
Professional Development:
Stay updated with Cambridge curriculum changes and best practices in English teaching.
